dmPro now has a documented REST API covering migration metadata: business areas, legacy systems, sources, tables, and columns, target repositories, tables, and columns, and data types. It joins dmPro's existing APIs for uploading results, such as migration test results, job execution results, data quality assessments, and user acceptance tests. Integrate dmPro with your own tools using the OpenAPI spec and interactive docs.
A built-in MCP server lets AI assistants work with that metadata directly. Ask Claude Code, Claude Desktop, or any MCP-compatible assistant about your migration in plain English. AI access goes through the same role-based security and validation as the API, can't delete anything, and flags every change so your assistant asks before it acts. New API features appear as AI tools automatically.
